My Week In Books (6th Oct)

Hello and welcome back to My Week In Books πŸ“š

Was anyone else killed with migraines this week? I have a bit of a cold so I was already feeling a bit rough but man I was floored by the migraines. I really think it had to do with the weather it was so heavy all week and the storm never really amounted to anything so the air didn’t clear. It’s eased up a bit but my head and neck still feel tight. Hopefully it clears up because I’ve got a busy week ahead of me and next weekend it’s time for Octocon woohoo!! I can’t wait to see my convention family I’ve missed them so much since WorldCon, we’ll only get a day but it’s better than nothing! Ok here’s how this week went..

  • The Winter Of The Witch by Katherine Arden
  • Endgame by Daniel Cole
  • In The Tall Grass by Stephen King and Joe Hill

No bookmail this week which is grand because I really need to get a new bookshelf πŸ™ˆπŸ˜†πŸ“š That’s all for this week, I’m taking part in Inktober doing a doodleween challenge over on Instagram if you’re interested in art at all you can check it out!

  1. I hope you feel some relief soon πŸ’— I also had what felt like an attack of migraines this past week. Winter of the Witch is on my tbr but if I’m being honest I keep putting it off lol. I just don’t want this trilogy to end, it’s my favorite πŸ€— I hope you have a wonderful week ahead! πŸ–€

    1. Thanks Sandy. I enjoyed it, it’s just a novella but really good, I watched the movie as well it differs a bit in that they added more to flesh it out I guess but I enjoyed them both πŸ–€
