My Week In Books (28th July)

Hello and welcome back to My Week In Books

I took an unscheduled break from blogging and a step back from social media for a few days, I just needed a break. Myself and the girls went to stay with friends for a few days and I didn’t even bring a book! It did me the world of good. This week I finished off a book (the heat made it difficult to concentrate) then I read some graphic novels and short stories and I feel a bit more prepared for the book blogging world again.

  • Never Have I Ever by Joshilyn Jackson
  • Monstress Vol 1: Awakening by Marjorie M. Liu
  • The Mortal Instruments: Graphic Novel Vol 1 by Cassandra Clare
  • Almost Midnight: Two Festive Short Stories by Rainbow Rowell

  • Darkness On The Edge Of Town by Adam Christopher (Birthday Present from fabulous friends)
  • Taking Wing by Clemency Crow (For Abigail to review)
  • Turning Darkness Into Light by Marie Brennan (Titan Books)

So that’s it for this week, hopefully I can pull myself right out of this slump and get my backside into gear, I need to get organised because August is going to be very busy. How is your summer going so far?
