Introducing Abigail’s Book Nook

Hi my name is Abigail and welcome to my Book Nook.

I’m 11 and I want to write a blog because it sounds like lots of fun. My Mum talks about blogging all of the time. I love to read, you can always catch me reading. My all time favorite author is Jacqueline Wilson. I’ve readΒ loads of her books and collect the magazines. Of course I read other books but sometimes I find it hard to try somethingΒ new. Other authors I like are David Walliams, Roald Dahl and Jill Murphy, I just read City of Ghosts by Victoria Schwab and I thought that was very good. I’m going to Worldcon in the summer and hoping to meet lots of authors, its a pity Jacqueline Wilson won’t be there. So, that’s a little about me I will be posting reviews mostly on Saturdays and maybe some other bits in between. My posts will all be in my Book Nook.

  1. Welcome to the book blogosphere, Abigail! I can’t wait to read your posts. I think many of us find it difficult to read outside of our comfort zone sometimes, but that is part of the fun of being a blogger. You’ll get to learn about loads of new authors and books you’ve never heard of before. Roald Dahl was my favourite author when I was growing up. Which is your favourite Dahl book?
